Return & Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their experience and purchase, so we ask that you always carefully review your order before finalizing checkout. Be sure to verify sizes, colors and any other aspects that may vary from order to order.

One of our key points to our mission is to provide the customer with reliable and interactive customer service. Feel free to use the chat for any questions you may have before completing your purchase. We are available everyday from 8am-8pm EST.

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on how fast you would like to receive your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

Expedited shipping is available for item shipped from our warehouse. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST in order to be shipped out same day (If you place order at 3pm EST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Wednesday).

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to 50 states.

When you return an order, you will receive a store credit in exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days.
​
2. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
​
3. Sale Items cannot be returned for exchange.
​
4. When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.
5. To send an item back to us, please enclose the Est89kickz.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Est89kickz.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
